Flurry - Date of Birth January
8, 2007
My cousin was
an 82 year old widow who had a long succession of Scottie’s
and after the death of Zachery decided she wanted a Westie.
She obtained Flurry March 2008
Flurry fits
his name. He is a very active little dog! He has a
personality all his own and loves people. He is a playful,
friendly, easy going Westie. He is neutered, house trained,
current on all his shots, Heartgard and flea/tick treatments.
He is micro-chipped but not AKC registered as Joyce never
intended to breed him.
He was in and
out of the house constantly and slept with Joyce up until 3
weeks ago. Joyce developed a very rapid form of cancer and
spent the last six weeks in Hospice until she passed this last
week. We would keep Flurry, but he and our 100 lb Labrador
are both male of the same age so you can imagine it is pretty
exciting at our house right now.
We need to place Flurry in a
loving home. He has Addison’s disease and takes cortisone
twice a day (his meds run about $30/month with his Walgreen’s
Rx card – I will supply the first year of meds).
